The R&D Center of UNIEX New Energy mainly conducts high-efficiency battery and module research and has relatively independent operation mechanism; the R&D center is divided into five major modules, namely, production line optimization, new product development, module development, system technology research and development, project management and failure analysis, where the production line optimization and new product development modules have different research groups, with each research group determining research and development content and related projects based on the latest development trends of the industry.

There are 28 members in the R&D Team with bachelor degree or above, 8 of which with master's degree, and the project management and engineering staff are with many years of experience in PV industry. The R&D Team has a clear division of responsibility, the pre- and post-cleaning, diffusion, PECVD, screening and testing processes are all with dedicated persons in charge, who are supported by 2-3 assistants and technicians.
